Literature Text
Haikus are too short,
To be at all worth clicking,
So I'll write some more.
These words are filler,
So I don't feel truly bad,
For writing briefly.
I write re Haikus
In a Haiku, how clever!
I'm showing off now.
To be at all worth clicking,
So I'll write some more.
These words are filler,
So I don't feel truly bad,
For writing briefly.
I write re Haikus
In a Haiku, how clever!
I'm showing off now.

More like this:
Paradise. My arms ache, from digging through
rough and ruin, in search of
paradise.
I saw it in a whispered dream,
And there, nothing
hurt; we were unspoken.
With winter came warmth and summer snow,
And nothing died, just ceased to
walk,
with me, in paradise.
Pride and Acceptance ?They loathe me;
they shout the worst words
right in my ear,
burning, scathing words.
I am proud... Proud of me, of who I am, of what I am.
I'm alone now, shunned.
I curl up in the wastelands
of something I once recognised
as my most intimate identity,
but now feels foreign and outlandish;
like myself.
I am not wrong, they just don't understand me.
(I am proud.I don't need anyone elseto accept me;I accept myself.)

I think this is very well written. The way the haikus themselves are about haikus is ironic and clever. I never would of thought that someone could make a work truly tell about itself in such a way. I've read other work by you and honestly, you have a lot of promise. The only thing I would've changed in this poem is made it say rewrite instead of "re haikus". Other than that I love your work and hope that you will continue to write. If you don't you'll be depriving the World of greatness! Best of luck to you!
